Welcome to St. Peter's Early Childhood Center

The St. Peter’s Early Childhood Center (ECC) offers a full day preschool program for 3- and 4-year old students.  While its focus is on promoting school readiness and providing young children with a firm foundation for learning, its mission remains the same: to provide an excellent education within a community of faith.

St. Peter’s ECC has chosen to use The Creative Curriculum® for Preschool.  Based on scientific research and state and professional standards, this curriculum identifies the knowledge, skills, and concepts important for preschool children to acquire in each content area: literacy, math, science, social studies, the arts, and technology.   Children have multiple opportunities to explore, discover, and learn in a variety of interest areas.  These areas provide a setting for children to learn academic content and apply skills in a playful setting.
